Renovation of Rooms R233 through R235
The U.S.Army has a requirement to provide all labor, material, and equipment necessary to renovate rooms R233 through R235 in building 3 located at the Soldier System Center, Kansas Street, Natick, Massachusetts 01760. The renovation shall include, but not be limited to, asbestos abatement, new ceiling, lights, and paint walls. The NAICS code for this procurement is 236220. The small business size standard is $28.5 million. The government envisions the use of a firm fixed price contract. The magnitude of the project is between $25,000.00 and $100,000.00. Drawings will be provided at the site visit to be held on 6 June 2006 at 9:00AM. Period of performance is 45 calendar days. This requirement is subject to the Davis Bacon Act.
