Project is to renovate the Mental Health 3C floor for a 20-bed community inpatient/outpatient unit. Work includes asbestos abatement, demolition, site work, general construction, electrical, mechanical, HVAC, plumbing, and painting. Project Engineer is Mike Young at (414) 384-2000, extension 41088. NAICS code is 236220. Estimated issue date is June 13, 2006. Estimated dollar range is between $2,000,000 and $5,000,000. THIS SOLICITATION IS A 100% SERVICE DISABLED VETERAN OWNED SMALL BUSINESS SET ASIDE. Award is subject to the availability of funds.
