Solicitation No: AG-94TZ-S-06-0038 NAICS: 236220 Issue Date: May 23, 2006 Description: The project is design and construction for development of the Verde Ranger Station. Work includes the following. Demolition of existing buildings, utilities and site features: Professional design of site improvements and utilities (utilities, grading, drainage, sidewalks, parking, landscaping, lighting, fencing, and signing. Professional design of four buildings with approximately 26,500 sq. ft. under roof Office (8,600 sq.ft.) Shop (5,200 sq.ft.) Warehouse (10,900 sq.ft.) Barn (2,000 sq.ft.) Construction of site improvements, utilities and buildings resulting from design. Furnishing a temporary Ranger Station complex including furnishings, installation, maintenance and subsequent removal of buildings and utilities: As an option Bid item. Work will be according to conceptual drawings furnished by the government and construction drawings prepared under the design portion of this contract. Work will be according to performance specifications in this solicitation and prepared under the design portion of this contract. Drawings, specifications and subsequent construction will result in a complete and finished product. Price range ? $1 to $5 million. All design work must be prepared by registered professionals and approved by the Government prior to the onset of construction. The project site is current Verde Ranger Station, in Camp Verde, Arizona, Yavapai County. The physical address is 300 East Highway 260. The site is at elevation 3100 ft.
