Exterior renovation of Cullum Hall
The contractor shall provide all labor, materials, supervision, and equipment to perform the exterior renovation of Cullum Hall, United States Military Academy, West PointNY. The offeror will be responsible for the historical preservation of the building while performing the renovation. This is set-aside as 8(a) competitive, restricted to the New York and New Jersey Districts. The project magnitude is estimated between $1,000,000 and $5,000,000.
