Demolition USGC Housing Unit #16 - Milford, CT
Contractor shall provide all labor, materials, equipment, transportation, supervision and disposal necessary to demolish Housing Unit #16 at U.S. Coast Guard Milford Family Housing Area, Milford, CT (New Haven County). Also included is removal and replacement of vinyl siding on the end of one housing unit, relocation of a shed and other incidental related work. The estimated cost range of this project is $25,000 to $100,000. Performance period is 30 days from NTP. Solicitation packages will be available on or about 09/22/05. The due date for receipt of quotations is 2:00 PM local time on 10/12/05. The applicable NAICS code is 238910, and the size standard is $12 million.
