Default Multiple Award Task Order Contract

United States Military Academy intends to solicit offers for construction services to be covered under Indefinite Delivery-Indenfinite Quantity Multiple award Task Order Contracts (MATOCs). Work includes but not limited to, the 16 major construction disciplines. All work shall be completed with individual task order requirements. The awarded contract period shall be base year, with two 12 month option periods. The Govertment intends to award a maximum of three (3) individual MATOC contracts, provi ding a sufficient number of qualified contractors. A test project will be used for pricing purposes and the Govertment reseves the right to award this test project. This requirement is set aside for 8(a) concerns in the New York and New Jersery distrist. The RFP will be issued in electronic format and will be available on or about 17 April 2005.
