Renovation Building 3, Rooms 230 through 240
The U.S. Army Soldier System Center has a requirement to provide all labor, materials, and equipment necessary to renovate Rooms R230 through R240 in Building 3 located at the SoldierSystemCenter, Natick, Massachusetts. The renovation shall include but not be limited to removal of existing 2600 square foot ceiling and replace with a 2 x 2 drop ceiling and new lights and paint approximately 2700 square feet of perimeter wall. The NAICS code for this procurement is 236220. The small business size standard is $28.5 million. The government envisions the use of a firm fixed price contract. The magnitude of the project is between $25,000.00 and $100,000.00. Drawings will be provided at the site visit to be held on 14 April 2006 at 9:00 AM. Period of performance is 45 calendar days. This requirement is subject to the Davis Bacon act.
