Abatement /Demolition - Aitkin, MN
Aitkin Public Utilities Commission (PUC) will receive bids for “Abatement/Demolition and Site Work of the Power Plant” subject to terms and conditions contained in Bidding Documents prepared by SEH. Bids will be on a single contractor basis for the project.
The Owner will receive, by mail or personal delivery at address below, sealed bids from qualified bidders until 11:00 a.m., 10 November 2005, at which time bids will be opened and tabulated according to law.
A Pre-bid Conference will be held at 11:00 a.m., 3 November 2005, at the Site

Refundable: A plan deposit of $75 made payable to SEH will be required for each set of Bidding Documents in accordance with Section 00210 -Supplementary Instructions to Bidders. A separate check for $10 for postage and handling will be required for each set to be mailed. Deposit is refundable only to Bidders who return Bidding Documents, undamaged, to SEH within seven (7) days after bid opening. The postage and handling fee is non-refundable. (See Section 00210 for information on ordering more than one set).
Bidders will be required to provide a bid bond of five percent (5%) of bid amount.
Bidders will be required to provide Performance and Payment Bonds of 100 percent of bid amount.
Owner reserves right to reject any or all bids and to waive any irregularities or informalities in bids or bidding.
