The Department of Veterans Affairs is looking for firms that are in any of the following programs: SDVOSB and or VOSD. The firm must be an Architect/Engineer firm with an approved NAICS code 541310 with a $4 million small business size standard. Provide all necessary architect/engineer porfessional services to prepare construction, contract drawings, specification, cost estimates for asbestos assessment abatement. Verfication of all existing as-builts drawings for all buildings including mechanical rooms. Preparation of a complete survey of all buildings. Preparation of a detailed cost estimate including breakdown for each phasing. Construction period services including submittal reviews answering inquires and construction site visits. Preparartion of complete contract documents and specifications using VA specifications area designation for each building and description of work to be done for each area identified together with cost breakdown. The estimated construction range is between $250,000.00 to $500,000.00. Estimated completion time is 60 calendar days.
