This requirement is being procured in accordance with FAR Part 13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures and award will be made in accordance with FAR Part 13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures. The U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service is issuing a Request for Quotes (RFQ) for the demolition and removal of two (2) concrete block building located at Sabine NWR, Hackberry, Louisiana. Each building is approximately 3000 square feet and has a concrete floor. This procurement is being conducted under the authority of the Robert T. Stafford Disaster Relief and Emergency Assistance Act (42 U.S.C. 5121, et seg.), therefore is limited to businesses in the local area. Local area is defined as the following parishes: Cameron, Beauregard, Allen, Jefferson Davis, Vermilion and Calcasieu. This is a Total Small Business Set-Aside with NAICS 238910 and a size standard of $12 Million. The Service is using Electronic Commerce (EC) to issue Request for Quotes and Purchase Orders.
