This project consists of Interior and minor exterior renovation of 26 (base bid + options) Historic senior officer quarters at the United States Military Academy at West Point, NY. Work includes new plumbing, electrical, and fire protection systems , complete renovation of kitchens and baths, selective radon and hazardous material abatement, and minor site work consisting of sanitary sewer lateral replacement. Base Bid work consists of 26 Dwelling Units. Options include 10 additional units and int erior finish upgrades. Work under this solicitation is required to be phased. The construction duration is 900 calendar days from receipt of Notice to Proceed. The magnitude of construction is estimated to be over $10,000,000.00. The receipt date for bids is April 25, 2006.
