This project consists of the contractor providing all personnel, equipment, tools, materials, supervision, and other items or services necessary to provide carpet and tile removal/replacement and asbestos sampling and abatement services at Dyess AFB, TX, 79607. The government anticipates awarding a Firm-Fixed Price, Indefinite Delivery-Requirements type contract. The performance period is one (1) base year from 1 October 2009 through 31 September 2010 with two (2) option years. This procurement is a HUBZone Set-Aside. The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 238330 with a small business size standard of $14,000,000. The successful contractor will be selected using Past Performance Tradeoff (PPT) procedures, resulting in the best value to the Government.
