Project consists of furnishing all labor, tools, equipment, and materials necessary in accordance with the plans and specification for the demolition and removal of concrete near Rochert, Minnesota. The work consist of the removal and disposal of reinforced concrete slabs, pads, and concrete block including footings to three feet below ground level, disable and fill septic tanks with gravel, excavate and stock pile gravel from road, and back fill and place topsoil over all excavations. The estimated magnitude of this requirement in terms of physical characteristics and estimated price range is between $100,000 and $250,000. This procurement is issued unrestricted with regards to business size under the Small Business Competitiveness Demonstration Program, Public Law 100-656, and is NOT set-aside for small business concerns.
