The Olympic National Forest, Washington, intends to acquire by contract removal and demolition of the Fir Creek Guard Station well and well house. Estimated performance period is 30 days. Contract award will be to the offeror whose offer, conforming to the solicitation, is the best value to the government. Service Contract Act (SCA) wage rates apply to any resulting contract.
