Demolition Services This is a pre-solicitation notice for demolition services to include abatement and site restoration on Fairchild Air Force Base, WA under solicitation #FA4620-07-Q-A014. This acquisition will be solicited using FAR part 13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures. The Government will evaluate offers using price performance tradeoff (PPT) procedures. Recent and relevant past performance will be evaluated. A firm-fixed price (FFP) multiple awards Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) type contract will result from this solicitation. All subsequent task orders will be competed using FAR subpart 16.505, ordering procedures. This acquisition is a 100% Service-disabled Veteran-owned small business (SDVOSB) set-aside. The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 238910 with a small business size standard of $13,000,000 gross annual income or less.
