The Contractor will be responsible for disconnecting, removing, and performing disposal work for a Double-Wide 30' x 60' Office Trailer and two Wood-Framed Additions, sized approximately 15' x 20' and 15' x 40' along with its associated Utilities. The Contractor will be required to dispose of the demolished and incidental materials off site. All materials must be disposed of in accordance with all applicable environmental Federal, State, Regional and local laws and regulations . The materials, furniture and equipment identified in the detailed Project Specifications become the property of the Contractor, except as noted in the Specifications. Restoration and utility capping and plugging activities are included in the Scope of Work along with other miscellaneous tasks.
