For this project, the contractor shall furnish all necessary personnel, equipment, materials and facilities necessary to complete the rehabilitation of the existing Shell Falls Wayside Site, Bighorn NF, Shell Falls, WY. Work shall include, but is not limited to, rehabilitation of existing paved trail, rehabilitation of existing parking lot, rehabilitation of existing plaza areas and overlook, repairs to existing stone walls, rehabilitation of existing restroom building, removal and relocation of existing information building and construction of a new 700 sf information building with associated utilities. Project location is at the Shell Falls Visitor Information Center, located on US Hwy 14, approximately 72 miles west of Sheridan, WY and 28 miles east of Greybull, WY. Estimated price range is between $1,000,000 and $5,000.000. This solicitation is being competed pursuant to the Small Business Competitive Demonstration Program.
