This is a pre-solicitation notice for a contractor to furnish all labor, equipment, materials, tools, permits, transportation, and supervision to perform demolition services of up to 28 residential structures within the boundaries of Cuyahoga Valley National Park, Cuyahoga and Summit Counties, Ohio. The work includes the demolition of residential structures and associated outbuildings, sheds, garages, etc. and removal of structures, driveways and debris, abandonment of water wells, closure of cisterns and septic tanks, and site restoration including grading, topsoil, fertilizer, seeding, and mulching. The NAICS code is 238910. The small business size standard is $13.0 million. Project performance time is 75 days after issuance of Notice to Proceed. This project is being solicited and awarded in accordance with the Small Business Competitiveness Demonstration Program, Public Law 100-656. Accordingly, it is open to both small and large businesses. The solicitation including wage rates, specifications, scope of work, and bid schedule will be posted to the websites, http://www.fedbizopps.gov and http://ideasec.nbc.gov on or about April 17, 2007.
