This procurement will be 100% 8(a) set-aside for certified 8(a) Program Participants on the Small Business Administration (SBA) list of Qualified 8(a) Small Business Concerns. From this solicitation, a Requirements construction contract is to be awarded on a Performance/Price Tradeoff (PPT) Best Value basis. The period of performance for the contract is expected to include a one-year base period with four one-year option periods. Any prospective certified 8(a) contractor must be registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) in order to be eligible for award.
