Furnish all labor, materials and equipment necessary to demolish Building H and miscellaneous items at Air Station San Francisco. The work includes, but is not limited to, the following: Demolish Building H including the complete foundation system, concrete pad, bollards, all remaining equipment and furniture within the building, and all external elements associated with building. The contractor shall provide clean fill to level the site after demolition. Remove and cut all site utilities into the buildings. Provide new valves and cap all utility lines and provide new valve box. Performance period is 28 calendar days after receipt of Notice to Proceed. This procurement is set-aside for Small Businesses only. The applicable NAICS code is 238910. Small Business size standard is $12 million.
