Information for Tenderers The Greater Vancouver Water District, hereinafter referred to as the "Corporation", invites tenders for the Renovations to the 19th Floor of 4330 Kingsway, Burnaby. SCOPE: To supply all labour, materials, freight, supplies, tools and equipment necessary to perform renovations to the office space on the 19th Floor of 4330 Kingsway, Burnaby. Tendering documents may be viewed at or obtained from the Purchasing Department, 5th Floor, 4330 Kingsway, Burnaby, BC, Tel. (604) 432-6326. Documents may also be obtained from the Corporation's Purchasing Department upon payment of a non-refundable fee of $50.00 (per set, G.S.T. included). Payment may be made with cash or cheque payable to Greater Vancouver Regional District. Please return your tender, sealed in the enclosed envelope, to the following specific physical location not later than 10:30:00 a.m. local time on the 15th day of December, 2005 (the "Tender Closing"): Purchasing Department, Greater Vancouver Regional District, 5th Floor, 4330 Kingsway, Burnaby, BC V5H 4G8 The time of Tender Closing shall be established by the time shown on the clock used by the Corporation for that purpose. There will be a pre-tender meeting on December 7, 2005, at 11:00 a.m., meet in the Main Lobby at 4330 Kingsway, Burnaby. The tender shall include a Bid Bond in the sum of at least ten percent (10%) of the amount of Tender and accompanied by an agreement to Bond, Consent of Surety or other like documents.
