Contractor shall provide all labor, materials, equipment, tools, and insurance to demolish and dispose 28 steel reinforced concrete housing structures (approximately 39,000 square feet) at Buchanan Heights (Phase IV), Fort Buchanan, Puerto Rico in accordance with the solicitation's scope of work, specifications, and drawing. In addition, the work includes the demolition of ten (10) temporary trailers (double trailers 27' x 60'), associated utilities, metal canopies, bathroom facilities and restoration of grounds near Antilles Intermediate School, Fort Buchanan, Puerto Rico. All work shall be in accordance with scope of work and specifications. This procurement is set-aside for small business and reserved to regional business in Puerto Rico & US Virgin Islands.
