Demolition of existing retaining seawall

The work of this contract consists of complete demolition of an existing retaining seawall which is approximately 260 lineal feet by 36" high and to be replaced with a sheet piled wall of the same approximate dimensions. The NAICS code for this project is 237990, Business Size Standard is $31 Million. Contract duration is 30 days following notice to proceed. In accordance with FAR Subpart 36.204, the price range for this contract is between $25,000 and $100,000. An organized site visit will be scheduled and announced in the contract package.
