Crow Hospital Er Renovation

The Billings Area Indian Health Service is seeking potential contractors capable of renovating the Emergency Room at the Crow Service Unit, PHS Indian Hospital on the Crow Indian Reservation, Crow Agency, Montana. The project consists of the interior renovation and construction of the Nursing Control area, waiting room, triage and admitting station. Work includes mechanical, plumbing and electrical. The area of renovation is approximately 2400 square feet of space. The project includes replacing cabinetry, flooring, ceilings and other finish items. The project will be divided into a phasing plan that will follow the interim Life Safety Measures for hospitals and healthcare facilities. The phasing plan will need to be reviewed in detail with the contracting officer and facility manager before it is implemented. The plans and technical specifications will be available for inspection, without charge, at the PHS Indian Health Service, 2900 Fourth Avenue North, Billings, Montana and at the Crow Service Unit, PHS Indian Hospital, One Hospital Road, Crow Agency, Montana. There will be no charge for solicitation documents. Requests for the Invitation for Bid (IFB) should be submitted by June 30, 2006. The estimated price range for this project is between $100,000 and $250,000. The tentative issue date of the solicitation is July 17, 2006, with a bid opening date of 2:00 p.m., on August 16, 2006. The completion time is 120 calendar days after notice-to-proceed. This project is restricted to 100% Small Business concerns.
