Alemite New Hydraulic Pump Features Robust, Economical Design
Fort Mill, S.C. - Alemite's new 8600 series hydraulic powered pump offers a wide range of grease output in a robust, compact design, making it an outstanding value. This new hydraulic pump allows Alemite to serve its customers better, particularly in the mining and construction industries.
"Alemite's new hydraulic pump offers sturdy construction and extremely reliable performance, even under the most demanding off-road conditions. In addition to its competitive price, this pump reduces installation and service costs by eliminating the need for a separate vent valve," said Amy Ebelhack, product manager for Alemite.
This pump features a compact footprint and, since it is hydraulically powered, there is no need for a bulky compressor. This makes the 8600 series an ideal choice for automatic lubrication systems installed on mobile equipment where space is limited.
A simple yet robust gerotor design with few moving parts ensures this pump will provide years of trouble-free performance. Pump features include pressure and flow regulators, a self-venting design, and a 24 VDC control solenoid which allows hydraulic fluid to power the pump. The 8600 series pump is designed to operate reliably at low temperatures without icing.
