Question ASV trackloader @ demolition site?

Hi!

I have been thinking about shipping a RC50 to Finland, so i could use it at demolition sites!
the reason for that is that im getting tired of the punktured tyres or rough ride with solid rubber.
The trackloader would probably climb stairs and rubble better than it's friends on wheels, and the ground preassure would spread out better on thin floors. also the crazy rabbit behaviour of wheel skid steers would be a memory from the past...

In Finland we have CAT and Bobcat track loaders, but i could ship almost 3 ASV loaders for the price of one in Finland
The spare parts would be a problem, but i think most of the parts that break is anyway quite standard stuff, perkins, CAT and normal " hydraulic hoses and fittings. the rest i would need to order from the states, but thats not a big problem.

What do you guys think? do they hold up against demo sites? do you have any experience?

is it the tracks that wear out? or are they selfdestructing the frame because of vibrations?

we go a couple of hundreds of hours on our skid steer tyres, could probably make a couple thousand on some dirt.
