Stanley acquires drop hammers
Stanley Hydraulic Tools has acquired Universal Technologies’ line of Cyclone drop hammers, an attachment for flatwork demolition projects.
According to Stanley, the Cyclone complements a wide range of the company’s attachments, including mounted breakers, plate compactors, concrete pulverizers, LaBounty shears, grapples and universal processors.
Tim Jones, president of Stanley Hydraulic Tools, says the attachment – which fits walk-behind tool carriers, mini loaders, skid-steer loaders and mini excavators – is ideal for demolition contractors and rental customers who need to remove concrete flooring in residential and commercial settings.
The Cyclone is available in three sizes: the DH1500, DH3500 and the DH9000.
