The new hammerdrill is designed to provide professional contractors with increased levels of power in a lightweight package helping users to get the job done faster.
The DW520K is built with a powerful 8.2 amp motor providing users with enough power for heavy-duty applications. The tool weighs 5.3 pounds, giving it the best power to weight ratio in its class*. Additionally, the hammerdrill offers 0-1,000/3,000 RPM and 0-19,000/0-46,000 beats per minute for increased user productivity.
Dual drilling modes provide users with the versatility for wood, steel or masonry drilling applications. A two-speed gear box enables users to easily adjust to high speed or high torque applications. For maximum comfort and control, the DW520K has a soft grip handle. Additionally, a 360° side handle with a depth rod offers greater control, versatility and accuracy when gauging depth.
