It was. The stack in the demolition was the old Matla Power Station chimney. It is currently the tallest stack ever demolished by explosives however bids were just taken on a taller one.
Actually, for years it was the tallest structure of any kind demolished with explosives until Engineered Demolition blasted the current record holder.
