The War on PBS

Did anybody watch the War on PBS that started last night? I thought it was very well done. It runs for the next 6-7 nights. I am looking forward to seeing the rest of it.

The film maker, Ken Burns, is one of the best film makers of our time. He has done some great work.

I haven't seen the show yet, but I did get to meet Ken Burns recently. I got invited to a meet and greet by my friend Bobby Horton who did a lot of the music for the Civil War documentary. He's a very nice guy, at least it seemed so from the two minutes I was actually in front of him.

I have heard that form a couple of people now, that Ken Burns is a very nice guy.

So far it's been a great series, I might just end up buying when it comes out on DVD.
