They got me!

The dang blasted copper thieving b*****ds got me. They broke into a rental property we have that is vacant right now and stole two large window units. They left the cases and just took the condensers and compressors. Pisses me off

, I was trying to rehab the place after the last tenant moved out. Makes me so mad I might just knock the darn place down and put a steel building on the site for a shop.

I'm in Alabama. Luckily it has cooled off a little here so the rush to replace them isn't so urgent. The nastiest thing is, the water was turned off when the last tenant moved out and the jerks took big s***s in both of the bathrooms!

#1 rule don't get mad get even. If at all possible set a trap for the thief's using either some cheap night vision surveillance cameras or just camp out on the property after making it very obvious that your bringing in copper water lines or new wire. Then you can just catch them in the act and send them to prison usually they are neighborhood punks or drug addicts that are desperate for cash.
