Well the Severcorr plant is a joint venture between Severstal Steel and Jack Correnti, formerly of NUCOR. I know NUCOR's product are very fine indeed, so if Severcorr has half the quality it will be okay. they have just started taking in scrap though so time will tell. As for the Mmk mill, on of the articles I read recently lead me to believe that a large portion of the steel was going to be exported back to Russia to feed the construction demon there. I could be wrong on that though.
