Cities Like Youngstown,massillion,cleveland,new Boston,columbus.the Bigger Cities Fare Better Than The Small Ones. The Small Cities Have Scars That May Never Heal. I Read An Article That Said Massillion Has 17 Abandoned Steel Mills Lining Up And Down The Mahoning River.
