Wonder how much more it's going to go. They say the housing market has it it's bottom and is on it's way back up.

Depends on where you live. The RE market is still tanking in the Mid Atlantic, Denver and Florida.

Yes it does depend where you live. The market has cooled off here in the ways of house prices leveling off, but they are still being snatched up pretty quickly.

Home Builder bankruptcies are on the rise. That starts the ripple effect because most home builders are financed by local banks. The banks take the hit and so on and so on.
