Federal Contracting

If you have a contract with any Federal Agency they have implemented a law to withhold the Local, State and Federal taxes on your contract. It's bad enough that they hold retainage for so long but now they are going to withold the taxes for up to 15 months. Even if you don't have a direct contract with the Feds, I am sure all the GC's will hold the money back too.
