What are you guys paying for General liability per year? I just got a quote for $24,000.00/yr!!! :eek

I am paying $55,000 for GL and $25,000 for my excess umbrella. My WC is $35,000 and my auto is $36,000.

heres what the sheet says:
1,000,000 ea occ
2,000,000 gen agg
1,000,000 products/completed operations agg
1,000,000 per and advertising injury
50,000 damage to premises rented to you
5,000 deductible each claim
80.00 per 1,000 gross revenue
plus alot of misc bs.................

sounds fishy........any thoughts?

He quoted it at 250,000 gross. Today he emailed back that he would have another quote at $10,000 p/year

I would be concerned about the $5,000 deductible per claim. Lets say hypothetically that a wall falls the wrong way and 10 people claim damage to either themselves or their property. You would be out $50k before the insurance even kicked in.

Your always better off with a deductible per occurrence than claims made IMO.
