Default Contract Software

Does anyone have a preference? AIA?
Has anyone utilized ConsensusDOCS and if so what is your opinion on it? It's being advertised as "the first time in the idustry, owners, contractors, subcontractors, designers, and surities are uniting to publish..."

I usually use and prefer using AIA documents, I haven't heard of ConsensusDOCS. I will have to check it out.

I was looking through the site yesterday and I couldn't find what it cost for an annual subscription. I see where it was for single documents, but not for a yearly subscription.

From the information I got on it from the GBCA it seems to range in price from $ 800-99.00 depending what your contracting needs are. $800 of course being the complete package
