I have been contacted a couple times in the past week about creating some websites for some demolition contractors and it got me thinking. How many of you have company websites?
yes , i think its a must also . But dont have a good one. I have two small ones here they are. One is my hobby of two wheel drive motorcycles and the other a homemade site for my digging & demo .
but last autum i got this great youtube idea! now i have been movie taping our work, everytime i have time and have the camera with me
then i uppload the videos as sone as possible to our youtube site, then i can show my customers the machines we have and what we can do with them
the best part of youtube is, that it is for free and really easy to update!
I like going to some of the Demolition Companies websites. I like to see what kind of equipment and attachments some of the other guys use. I don't know how many clients it brings in, we've never really done an analysis on it. I do agree you need one in today's market.

John may I suggest installing Google Analytics, its a free program and you can see where all your website visitors come from and what keywords they used to land on your site. It's a great tool.
Also I agree, it may not bring a client in, but if someone has never heard of your company you can send them to your website and it's a virtual business card.
