Talk about a fine, WOW
I received my new copy of Occupational Hazards magazine yesterday and they have a section where the show fines issued by OSHA for over $100,000
There is a company Thomas Industrial Coatings of Pevely, MO who was fined $2,362,500 for 33 willful violations.
They had 3 fatalities in 5 months.
Don’t know of to many companies that can take a fine hit like that and survive.
