I use the full version of it now. It is much easier to use than Quickbooks, in my opinion. It's a lot cleaner. Also one of the things I like is that you can tie it into your Business Contacts in Outlook.
For me Quickbooks became just to overwhelming for me.
In the past, I did it on a separate forms, using MS excel and Word. I am not sure if you can implement it into the software or not. I don't know if it can be implemented into Quickbooks either.
