Yes, I usually do something like a large HoneyBaked ham or something for the guys, although last year we did Harry and David baskets which were well recieved so we might do that again this year.

I believe the jacket or promotional item serves a purpose for both paties. We always give our employees items like that. Christmas or not! It saves on their clothes and promotes your company.
It also makes a big difference because it helps identify your employees on a multi-trade project.
