Default Ever had a company go bankrupt on you?

I don’t me your company or the one you work for. More in the lines of a sub-contractor of yours or a general contractor who you where working for?

One of the largest demolition companies of the 70's and 80's. I was stiffed for shooting some blast furnaces. Funny thing though...one of the principles tried to start a new company, they hired me to shoot a BOF and gave me upfront money...the bond was only a piece of paper and they lost the project. I kept the retainer as payment for the job I did 3 years before.

That is poetic justice. Blast

I had a company disappear, One day we showed up on site to start a new project and then the next day, they just disappeared. No one showed up, no notice no nothing. Everyone was calling the superintendent’s cell and their office and all the numbers were disconnected.

Still don’t know what happened, their office was cleaned out and they never filed bankruptcy. They just took the money, never to be seen or heard from again.
