Default Do you do any type of promotions?

You know give away pens, t-shirts, pads of paper or anything with your logo on it.

Or discounts on any services for you "good" clients?

Do you clients appreciate it or is it more like thanks, but you know they already have enough.

Discounting is just "good business" for those elite few.

I would like to give out calendar's with our pictures on the different months.
I think that would be good.

I don't have any promo stuff yet. I've been too busy to out anything together. I would like to get some hats or shirts though.

Have you thought about the mini dvr route? You can have a short avi presentation packaged on a mini and put in a folder about the size of two or three business cards. It makes for a nice handout or mailer for marketing.
You can't go worng with a good ol' pen though...

I like that idea, I will look into that. I have received a couple of those in the past including some to bid a project with all the forms and contract documents.

But you can never go wrong with a shirt or a hat.

Absolutely! My wifes company will spring for embroidery of the company logo on any suitable shirt that an employee brings in. It makes a neat statement, and most odf her employees will go to the outlets and stock up on nice but inexpensive shirts for embroidering.
