Default I have moved

I have left Wrecking Corp and have taken the position of Operations Manager for Selective Demolition & Hauling - Structual Demolition Division. I could not pass it up .

Default Congratulations

Congratulations on your new position and best of luck at Selective. It sounds like a really good move for you. Seems like you'll be doing interior work, so keep us posted on interesting projects. We'll miss your stories of big wrecking with the crane, though, that was pretty cool.

I see that one of their projects was the strip out of the Grovesnor House. I used to live there.

What convinced you to make the move??
Pay? Benefits? Vehicle? All the above? None of the above?

The reason I ask is I am always trying to learn more about employee thoughts and concerns??

It was a little bit of all 3 you stated. But the most important thing is now I have a chance to grow with a company and keep moving foward. Dont get me wrong I loved WCA But there was no chance for advancement. The most important decision was , What was best thing to do for my family

Congrats on the move!

I have been there before, when you get as far as you could go in a company and there is no chance of moving up, sometimes it really is time to move on.
