Default What do you provide your workers?

I have alway been curious what you provide each of your laborers in safety/work equipment.

I know some companies offer just a hard hat, some gloves, and a safety vest. That's pretty much it.

What do you provide?

When I was working in the "valley" the company that i was with provided hard hat, gloves, safety glasses, hearing protection, dustmasks, and, safety vests. This company provided all equipment that they deemed nescessary to get the job done safely.

I will provide all the PPO necessary one time. Things that wear out need to be exchanged (like taking a core back to the auto parts store) so as to keep loss to a minimum. I expect the guys to take care of their issued items. Earplugs are cheap enough to supply as needed.
