Default Dairy Brick

Has anyone on here taken out dairy brick if so how did you do it and how long did it take?

I'm not familiar with that particular term. Is it a clay/baked brick?

it is a baked brick that is not affected by acids

Thanks, vasman! I have removed similar types of tile and brick from labs and food prep areas, but that was during total demo, so there wasn't any real difference in methods. Are you removing the brick for something to replace it?

yeah it is in the cottage cheese area of a milk plant and they are taking it out and putting in a epoxy floor.

I do remember the stuff breaking up fairly easily. I would try opening up a section and then using a skidsteer to break and lift it from the subfloor (assuming it is concrete). You might have to use a hammer with a spade bit to get started.

thankyou so much I can use a skidsteer because of it being on th 2nd floor but I will beusng a spade bit then.
