Default How to Bid demo of Tile

I have been watching on here and really like this site. I'm Bidding on a Job to take out about 140,000sqft of ceramic Tile the Job includes doing the job while the stores are still open and will have to put up plastic around the window and will have the staging area inclosed by 3/4 ply 8' tall and painted to match the complex. So my question what do you guy charge to demo the tile?

Depends on what type of equipment you are using and how much floor space you will given on any one night.

$1.00 - $3.00 depending on all the other information. Ceramic tile is not a fun thing to remove.

Are you also removing them from the site and dumping them?

I am looking into buying a terminator to demo the tile it runs 34000. I will be removing the tile from the site. We dont have a recycle place so I have found a pit that is willing to take it as backfill. If that falls thru I will have to take it to the dump for $20 a yard. We will be working from 8pm to 8am. I talked to the general today and they say they are planning on it taking 9 months.
