Default Debris Removal

I'm looking for any ideas on this one. I'm looking at doing some select interior demo at a hotel and the only egress for debris out through a parking garage with about a 7' height. I estimated about 15 dumpsters of debris coming out. I cant fit a dumpster in the garage, a skid steer looks like it will fit. Ohh and to boot i cant stage a dumpster outside there is no room. Anyone have any ideas?

Use a garbage truck with 1/2 yard demo minis. They are very popular in NYC. You can wheel them to the floor, fill them, and when they are loaded, call for a pickup. The truck dumps and leaves so there is no long term staging. I would order about 30 minis. This would give you 15yds of removal at a clip. Where is the job?

Can you do a garbage shoot through a window into a Dump Truck or Container? We've done many hotel interior demolitions and of course they don't want a ugly container parked outsite unless its placed during the night and removed early in the morning. In some instances we have put up fencing around it to disquise it from the public eye.

I agree with this one Hire a dump truck or even ask your dumpster company if you can live load the truck while they wait. Just make sure they dont charge U any Extra. Then U can have them pull under a trash Shute and your labor force can fill it up.

1/2 yard minis might be the way to go all though it might take about 100 or so .. the job is in stamford connecticut.

We will be able to chute the debris that comes out of the upper floors but the debris from the lobby area has to go out of the parking garage and it is mostly going to be concrete, brick, and dirt.

I appreciate the replys everyone.

If you need 100 minis, I would take 30 and do 4 pickups. In Stamford, you might get Nacerima to service you. They are competitively priced in NYC, maybe a few dollars more in CT. If not, maybe a Yonkers or Westchester based demo or carting company can service you. Worst case scenario, Buy (40) 40 gallon heavy duty rubbermaid garbage pails and run them down. Any company with a garbage truck can pick these up.
