Default Coronado Wrecking

I had occasion to be out in Albequerque yesterday and stopped by Coronado Wrecking and Salvage.

Those guys are awesome. They have a 30 acre yard filled with the most amazing salvage from their wrecking jobs. It looks like they pretty much save everything and bring it back to their yard. You can find anything that you are looking for. One thing that was very interesting to me was that they keep stuff there for over ten years. For example, I was looking at some stained glass windows from a church, and the manager, a really cool dude named J.D., told me that he tore down that church in Texas over ten years ago. Amazing. I guess it tells you that the stuff doesn't move too fast, but who cares, what they have is just incredible in that yard too.

Also, a lot of old iron. Great place to go for extra parts, etc. Check it out, and thanks to J.D. who is just awesome.

That's the thing about salvage, if ou have the room to lay it down then there is always the potential for it to gain value and if it doesn't you're not out any thing.

My buddy has a salvage yard/warehouse that generates $15k per month mostly cash. His biggest sellers are the pre water consumption standard toilets.

That's exactly what I was thinking. One of the last apartment buildings I wereck would have generated over $100k in cash just from the toilets. (If they all would have sold)
