I have not seen that, but how do you keep them honest when using it? My dilemma is, deducting for lunch, workers claim they do not take a lunch, but I know all too well they have enough down time and grab a bite while working during the day. How does everyone else handle this.

I don't know how you can control it for lunches. I can see how it works for arriving to the job on-time though.

On the lunch front, I would tell them it's the law that they take a lunch and you will start deducting time for when they "don't" take a lunch.
